Learn Something New: Lemon Water, Benefits + How To

This is very simple and quick but packs a wallop of benefits.  I’m currently trying out this amazing morning habit and you might wanna give it a go too – if you haven’t yet 🙂

The why ~ it aids in digestion, cleanses your system, boost the immune system, balances ph levels, is anti-inflammatory, clears skin, energizes, enhances mood, hydrates the body and fights hunger cravings.

The how ~ squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a glass of room temperature or lukewarm water. Enjoy first thing in the morning.
