I have no idea! We were on our way to an appointment, we were on foot because the road was closed to cars. And then I noticed all these beautifully dressed up people converging on the street and I just took pictures of whatever I could while walking 🙂
I already made a mental note to inquire about parades like this so I can give it proper attention. It’s so interesting 🙂
