Feel-Good Fridays

Start Your Day Right

coffee-958410_960_72010 quick tips to give your mornings a positive start 🙂

1. Wake up right after dawn when the air is still fresh.Open up the curtains so the early morning light can stimulate you to awaken.

2. Enjoy a languid, full-body stretch while enjoying the view from your window. Smile!

3. Get a nice, refreshing shower. Use your favorite soap and lather up.

4. Put on your favorite music. (You should really have a feel-good soundtrack by now).

girl-797837_960_7205. Wear something that makes you look and feel good. If you can’t decide, go for bright colors that energize you and those who see it.

6. Spritz on a favorite scent. Why not?

7. Enjoy a healthy breakfast or, if you’re a coffee lover like me, romance that steaming mug of java in between your hands as you breathe in its wonderful aroma ❤

8. Go for a walk. Get your blood pumping in a fun way by maybe taking along your camera for some candid shots of the world around you as it springs to life on this amazing day.

9. Buy some flowers. Or vegetables. Or maybe some freshly baked bread for those poor fellows at home who are still sleeping.

10. Decide that today will be awesome.

Have a wonderful weekend, beautiful people ❤

  1. Just reading this made me happy~ I need to implement a few of these to make my mornings better. 🙂
One other thing that helps me in the morning is reading a few chapters as I drink my morning tea. (Not much of a coffee person, ha ha!)
