What one thing are you really glad you did yesterday?
Sleep instead of exercise (grins self-consciously). We went out to process some documents mid-day yesterday and the heat was scorching. I came home with the best of intentions to get sweaty but I noticed the beginnings of a migraine so I got some extra Z’s instead.
That’s self-care for you right there 😀
Are you generally focused on today or tomorrow?
I’d say both. I like to plan, set goals and have something to look forward to. At the same time, I always make it a point to make sure I am productive and enjoying the present.
Would you want a guardian angel/mentor? What would they tell you right now?
Oh yes, definitely. A mentor would be nice as I like to learn and discuss a lot of things about the business of creating a successful life. They’d probably tell me to put more effort into learning Bahasa Indonesia, something I’ve been dragging my feet on.
Would you rather live in a cave house or a dome house made out of glass?
Cave houses sound really cool, so Hobbit-ish 🙂 The ones in Santorini Greece look very dreamy too ❤
Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
Hmmm, let’s see … okay! Last week I am grateful for this and for the next week I still don’t know. It’s going to be a week open to possibilities 🙂

The one thing I am glad I did yesterday, was go to the office store with hubby. We went for printer ink, but ended up looking at furniture for my new craft room. I am going to take over one the boys’ bedrooms this Spring (I think) and while it is all kind of scary (all that change) looking at furniture wasn’t so bad. I even found a clear glass desk and off white chair that I really like. Not sure glass is a good idea, but I really like the clean, clear, organized look of it. So it has gotten me to start thinking of what I will need in my new room 🙂 For you, getting rid of a migraine before it gets full blown is definitely a better thing than exercising.

Wow, sprucing up your craft room sounds really exciting. I hope you’ll feature some of the changes on your blog 🙂 A glass table always remind me of those vintage white doilies or table covers. Does a new craft room mean more space to showcase your work? 🙂

Right now my craft room is a very narrow room that I share with the washer, dryer, furnace and water heater. It has been my craft room for the last 17 years, so I have grown quite used to it. It is where I stamp cards and create scrapbook pages.
Both of my boys have moved out (one moved 3 1/2 years ago) but I couldn’t bring myself to take over their room. And I hear that boys come back. But hubby says I should take a room and re-create a nice craft room for myself. The rooms are not that big, but bigger than where I am now. I am getting excited about it, but nervous also as change is not something I like and I will have to learn a whole new way of getting around the room. And yes, I will have lots of wall space to decorate with my cross stitch 🙂

I would love to live in a cave house. There were some in the center of a nearby town where we lived in Spain and they were quite old but still in use.

I always love to live in a hobbit inspired home and I guess I am beginning to fulfill it because I am building my home somehow similar to a hobbit home(but definitely not in a cave). You can check it out in one of my posts. That is a hobbit-inspired home Filipino style. 🙂
