After a week-long, vacation induced hiatus from working out, my muscles are sore from yesterday’s strength training session. I’m going to do a deep stretching routine on my mat today and I can already feel the yumminess of it!

What color do you feel most comfortable wearing?

Light neutrals & black.

… people watch, walk the streets, peruse their department stores and sample the food. I usually don’t flip out my camera to take pictures because I find that this just interrupts my mojo 😁

Going back to my exercise routine. Believe me I really did miss it although I also welcomed the break last week. I already feel flabby and ‘soft’ after missing just 1 week! 🤣

  1. I love sampling food when I travel, but I also take a ton of pictures. I usually feel a little slimmer after I go on vacation too because we tend to do a lot of walking and try not to rent cars. That also means we get to eat a lot more yummy, exotic foods!

    1. No, but I wish I were 😀 Was in Melbourne 2 weeks back, what a blast! ❤

      Look for something you like, otherwise exercise will seem like a chore. I found out I LOVE dance fitness and all it takes to motivate me is to play a YouTube video and before long I'm running to change into workout clothes! XD XD

      1. That’s grt .I am in sydney .Actually i need to increase my running capacity plus it will be a work out for me,but only problem I have is of irregularity.But anyways I will get serious about it.Thanks for your reply 🙂
