  1. You were like reading my mind weren’t you? Just this week I started back on my exercise kick and when it came time to buy groceries the cart only had veggies, fruit, coconut milk, chicken breast, a couple fish filet’s and a tray of sushi for the cat. Believe it or not I already have more energy!
