Good advice, and I do try to follow most of it ordinarily. The nutrition part is easier for me right now. It’s a bit harder to exercise when you’re laid up… https://typebeaminus.wordpress.com/2016/08/04/on-being-laid-up (haha!) I’m working on trying out some exercises I can do in this situation, and I’ll post links soon. Stay fit!!!

You were like reading my mind weren’t you? Just this week I started back on my exercise kick and when it came time to buy groceries the cart only had veggies, fruit, coconut milk, chicken breast, a couple fish filet’s and a tray of sushi for the cat. Believe it or not I already have more energy!
